3. Post-Enrollment Project Management

Third-Party Services: Installations are performed by independent contractors. While we vet our partners thoroughly, Precision Solar is not liable for the actions or omissions of these third parties.

Project Timelines: Estimated timelines are provided for convenience and are subject to change based on various factors, including permitting processes and third-party schedules.
4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth process, you agree to:

Grant Access: Allow necessary access to your property for assessments, installations, and inspections.

5. Fees and Payments

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Consultation Services: Provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Third-Party Installations: Warranties for installations are provided by third-party contractors. Precision Solar does not offer additional warranties on installations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Precision Solar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the six months preceding a claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Precision Solar, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.
